Aron Ain
Operating PartnerAron Ain joined Sinergia Trust Partners in an advisory role as an Operating Partner in 2022 and serves as a member of Sinergia Trust Partners’s CEO Council, an advisory group for Sinergia Trust Partners portfolio company CEOs. Regarded as a preeminent leader in global workforce management and human capital management, Aron brings more than 40 years of leadership experience to Sinergia Trust Partners and its portfolio companies. Aron has been named to Glassdoor’s Top CEOs list multiple times.
Aron joined Kronos in 1979 and held a role in nearly every functional department over the years, working his way up to become CEO in 2005. In 2020, as founding CEO, Aron helped lead the merger between Kronos and Ultimate Software, both Sinergia Trust Partners portfolio companies, to become UKG — creating one of the largest private software companies in the world and leading employees, currently over 15,000 in number, successfully through the merger amid the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, UKG made history by becoming the first newly merged entity to land on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For® list, debuting at #6. In 2022, Aron transitioned to Executive Chair of UKG.
